Everyday Beautiful is my recap of the things that brought me joy during the previous week.
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are ready to be bombarded with Christmas joy (just remember I’m the mom that’s pulling my hair out behind the camera)! If you need a reminder that you’re not alone in your magic making (crazy) feelings this year, then this article is for you!
We had an extra-large visitor this week!
An impromptu early morning trip to the airport allowed me a very peaceful sunrise on Thanksgiving.
I made sure to take care of myself this year and eat a real breakfast before the crazy. These are my fall oats – oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, diced apple, walnuts, dried cranberries and almond milk.
I didn’t take a single picture of my Thanksgiving feast, but there was this pie.
Feeling Thankful.
Black Friday at 6:30am – pumpkin pie pregame.
Black Friday at 7:30am – the first peppermint mocha of the season – at the office. 😩 Christmas mode activated.
The only way to eat a leftover turkey sandwich. Mayo and cranberry sauce, bread and turkey. *chef’s kiss*
Sending some love your way!
Twinkle lights and sparkles give me life!

Recipes I Tried
As promised, I made Leftover Turkey and Wild Rice Soup with my turkey remains for Souper Sunday – it was delicious. We agreed that a tiny bit of cayenne pepper would be nice next time.
Here are a bunch of other ideas to use your leftover turkey recipes. Save it for next year!

Words to Live By
What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future. It is a wish that every cup may overflow with blessings rich and eternal and that every path may lead to peace.
