Everyday Beautiful is my recap of the things that brought me joy during the previous week.
Started the week off on the right foot with Hubby’s French Toast and homemade apple butter!
There she goes showing off again.
Used the last of my homemade roasted tomato sauce with some Italian Sausage, tortellini, broccoli, and spinach. Delicious and easy!
Saved some pomegranates from the trash bin… A lesson in patience or a waste of time? The jury is still out!
Posted another family favorite recipe – Chicken and Broccoli Casserole!
Pure, unadulterated magic!
Produce inspires me! I took twenty minutes out of my morning and prepped all of the veggies for the coming week. This way I can be sure they won’t go bad before I need them for Thanksgiving.
Brown bananas turned into my favorite Banana Bread!
Hachiya persimmons turned into delicious Persimmon Bars with Lemon Glaze!

Finished The Rebel King (loved it!) and started our bookclub pick Arsenic and Adobo, but I’m not enjoying it, so I will probably skip this one.
Currently Listening
Prepped veggies and cleaned house while listening to the greatest soundtrack to the greatest movie!
Discovered this one and fell back in love with this one!

Looking forward to making these Pumpkin Pancakes soon!
I tried making Fire Cider last year and it was hard to swallow (literally!) but I found this short documentary completely inspiring (and infuriating!) and I think this year I’ll give it another try with her variation.
I found some of these Holiday Cooking Hacks really useful!
Words to Live By
The sun will rise and set regardless. What we choose to do with the light while it’s here is up to us. Journey wisely.
